Understanding Holistic Integral Psychotherapy
Holistic Integral Psychotherapy embraces a wide range of therapeutic approaches, recognizing that every individual is unique and requires a personalized path to healing. My practice integrates elements of existential, cognitive, psychodynamic, systemic, behavioral, humanistic, and transpersonal psychotherapy. The approach that feels right for you will naturally change over time, and together we will carve a meaningful path.
This approach is also inspired by the work of Ken Wilber, who emphasized the importance of considering not only an individual’s thoughts and emotions but also their physical being, social connections, and cultural context. His Quadrant Theory serves as a foundation for exploring the interconnectedness of your inner world and the external environment. We are shaped by our culture, economy, society and nature and, together, we will actively examine how these factors influence your experiences and well-being in the present moment. It becomes a bio-psychosocial approach.
As part of my commitment to providing effective therapy, I engage in ongoing professional supervision to continuously refine and enhance my approach, ensuring that I bring the best possible support to my clients and my practice, of course, upholds client confidentiality.

What To Expect During a Session
Each therapy session is based on your preference; including the setting—whether online, at my clinic, outdoors, or together in your home in Spain. Our journey begins by focusing on what feels most present and important to you in the moment. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are all made up of different parts or subpersonalities, each contributing to who we are and I also like to integrate practices such as mindfulness, art therapy, and dreamwork to deepen your experience.
If you choose an outdoor setting, I will weave elements of nature therapy into our session using techniques like symbolism, mindfulness, body awareness, and forest bathing to deepen the connection with yourself and the natural world.

My Ideal Clients
I provide therapy for adults (18+) who are navigating life's challenges, including but not limited to difficulties related to transitions, emotional well-being, identity, sexuality and neurodiversity. My aim is to support you in finding clarity, balance and increased self-reflection during these often overwhelming times.
Important Note: As I am currently in training, I am unable to work with individuals dealing with substance abuse. Additionally, I can only accept clients with a known psychiatric diagnosis after obtaining approval from my supervisor.

Benefits of psychotherapy
Although I cannot guarantee specific symptom relief, my goal is to help you cultivate a more compassionate and accepting relationship with yourself. Through this therapeutic process, you may discover greater freedom in choosing how you respond to the world, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your boundaries, and reconnect with your true desires. Ultimately, the aim is to help you rediscover and strengthen your connection with your authentic Self, carrying this inner anchor into your daily life.
